Once you sign up, please book a time with us to meet at the LineDrive NW facility to set up a key fob and walk through the facility.

If you lost or broke your key fob, it is a $75 replacement fee. Please request a new key fob here or email us at booking@linedrivenw.com to get a new one.

One key fob gives your entire household access to the facility. If you would like to bring a friend, they will have to pay a $100 entry fee or purchase their own membership.
Please email us at booking@linedrivenw.com to let us know if your friend would like to purchase a one time entry fee.

At this time, we do not rent out the cages per hour basis. If you want access to our facility, you must purchase a membership.

You must have a membership to book private lessons with one of our trainers. If you would like to book an appointment with one of our trainers, please view our lessons page and contact a trainer directly to book an appointment. Prices for each trainer vary.

HitTrax is a simulation system that tracks your hitting data.
When you purchase a Membership, you have access to using this system and will receive emails with video footage and your personal data.
When you get set up with a key fob, the instructor will go over how to use this.

Payments are on an automatic withdrawal based on the membership you selected at sign-up.
We offer memberships with either a 6-month commitment or a 12-month commitment.
Memberships are non-refundable. When your membership ends, your key fob will be deactivated.

We do not supply helmets and bats at the facility, so make sure to bring your own. Helmets are required in the cages when hitting.

Yes, each member walking into the facility must scan their fob. We have surveillance cameras and we are monitoring who comes in the facility.

If anyone is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by someone 21 years + while using the facility.

No reservations are required. Cages are first come, first serve!
However, if you would like to reserve a cage, we offer free and discounted reservations for members as outlined on our pricing page.

You are allowed to use Spotify to play music from the computer throughout the facility, but keep the music clean.
There is a button to the right side of the computer you will need to push, along with the volume knob.
Please do not play music before 4pm on weekdays because of the businesses next door.

If teams are renting the cages, they will not have access to all three cages at one time. Same goes for the trainers, if you look on the trainer's calendar and see when they have appointments, this does not mean that all the cages are full at that time. If other customers come in at that time, there is a chance they will be full due to this reason.
